It can be difficult to remember all your important medical information in times of stress or pain, so having it all written down clearly can be a lifesaver (literally!). This is our tried, tested and approved of health document that we use ourselves. We keep our versions in the cloud, shared with family and emergency contacts in case they need to access and share it for us. Make sure you update it regularly – put a reminder on your phone or in your calendar to update it if you need to.
