This workout’s a nice short, simple workout which is suitable for most people. If you’re not currently exercising or you’re very unfit at the moment, or maybe you’re having a really bad day but still just want to do a little bit of activity. So it’s a chair-based session, so you can do this in a wheelchair, you can do it in a dining chair, you can do it in an armchair, and you could adapt it to do it standing up as well, so you could do the same exercises in a standing position if that’s something that you’re comfortable with and are able to do.

The other piece of equipment I’m going to use is a t-towel. So just a simple clean t-towel or hand towel, that sort of thing, you could even use a rolled up t-shirt. So no fancy equipment needed.

You will need a t-towel/hand towel/rolled up t-shirt for this class.
