What makes you happy? The sound of the birds, cake and music.

Why did you get involved with Chronically Awesome? I’ve seen first hand the challenges that people with chronic illness face daily, and hope that by being involved I can support Chronically Awesome to begin to redress the balance.

Cat or dog? Dog, preferably multiple dogs!

Ducks or chickens? Oooh, I don’t think I mind.

Chinese or Indian? Tough call but probably Chinese.

Sunrise or sunset? Sunrise, for the birdsong.

Listen to music or read a book? I really can’t choose on that one.

Favourite season? Autumn, for the trees.

Favourite time of day? Cup-of-tea-and-a-piece-of-cake time.

Best holiday? Camping and exploring quiet places.

Introvert or extrovert? Extrovert.

Worst habit? Getting distracted or side-tracked and starting multiple things instead of finishing one thing first.
