You all know by now that we’ve got more than 70 pre-recorded exercise videos on Patreon, specially made for our amazing community of chronic illness warriors. And now we have live classes too!!
Sophie is running three awesome classes each week, including a class for those who want to strengthen and tone their pelvic floor, and a pyjama Pilates class for those who want to keep things chill.
Faye is bringing us to the Barre to build strength and coordination, and who knows maybe some poise too?!
Lizzie is rounding off the week with a class aimed at calming our nervous systems through guided relaxation, sounds lush right?!

Our classes are designed specifically for our community of chronic illness warriors. Because we know that movement and exercise is hard to get right, but a valuable part of our treatment toolboxes, and a way to feel good.
Our pre-recorded videos (of which there are more than 70 over on @patreon) and our live classes (starting next week) are:
✔ run by amazing instructors who know their stuff
✔ are 30 minutes long and offer break points if you’re not ready for a full class
✔ free from high impact moves
✔ not for profit – we’re a registered charity!
Classes are open to all no matter your starting point. They’re done via Zoom and it’s totally your choice whether to have your camera on or not.
How do I watch the videos or book a class?
Live classes are bookable online here and are £5. Our bookings page also has email addresses for the instructors so if you have questions or worries, just drop them a line.
