So today we’re going to do a practice that’s going to get into our hips and also all through the back body – so the back body runs from the top of the head all the way through down the back of the spine, over the buttocks and all the way down the back of the legs.
This is a reclined practice so we’ll be doing it lying down. You can do it on you bed, on your yoga mat, on the rug in your living room or out in on the grass in the sun, wherever feels comfortable for you..
You will need a strap for this class. If you don’t have a proper yoga strap that’s fine, you can use a tie, a belt from your dressing gown, a rolled up t-towel, anything that gives your arms a bit more length.
