Hi, good to see you again, back again, class number four (actually three) of hopefully improving our balance somewhat. So, as we’ve kind of gone through, alot of this is awareness, alot of it’s becoming aware of how our body stacks up, bearing in mind balance really for the most part is getting head over heart over hips or standing straight up, or if we’re going in different directions it’s a case of again finding levers, finding balance points.
So with this session here, what we’re going to focus on is a little bit of hip mobility and foot mobility. All we’re going to try to do to start with is just to become aware of our feet.
You can do this in a chair, on the floor or in bed.
No equipment is needed for this class besides whatever you want to lie on!
