This video is part of a series that will hopefully aid your balance a little bit. This is a massively individual area to look at, and what perhaps is causing you issues with your balance. We want to look at ways that we can safely develop these areas, looking from the feet upwards in this first video and then looking at other areas including hips and even breath, all the way through to standing on one foot eventually.
This isn’t going to be a really active exercise-type video, it’s going to be much more a general practice of an awareness of your body and more of a movement than an exercise practice.
