I don’t know about anyone else but it can sometimes feel like I look back on a week and wonder what I’ve achieved. But actually, if I’ve taken all my meds, got moving regularly and gone to bed at a decent hour every day, then I’ve had a pretty successful week! And because I don’t recognise the times that I stay on top of taking care of myself, I only ever really treat myself to something nice when I’m feeling particularly rubbish, rather than rewarding myself for something positive.
So I put together this reward chart to motivate me to keep on top of things, and to give myself a weekly reward to work towards that was for something I achieved. I haven’t always got my week’s reward, but when I have it feels awesome!
